Standard processing time is 5-7 business days from the time you payment has been received and to prepare your order for shipping.
Exclusive Items and jewelry has an increased processing time of 10 to 21days. You can always upgrade your shipping to overnight delivery for an additional cost. We cannot guarantee the final delivery date.
Returns
We do not accept Returns or Exchanges due to our items being custom made.
Custom orders are not eligible for a refund. However, we will make a custom order again, ONLY IF we made an error. All custom orders have a preview that is sent to the customer to APPROVE prior to production of any order. Please pay attention to your email as: no order will be completed without an APPROVAL OF PROOF from you.
